DJI Matrice 4 Training Workshop – NITA / Aramco

About the work

ATINUM delivered a practical DJI Matrice 4 training program for Saudi Aramco through the National Information Technology Academy (NITA). The program focused on developing foundational drone operation skills through technical instruction and hands-on training. Participants received an overview of the DJI Matrice 4 specifications and capabilities, followed by flight simulator sessions to improve control and confidence. The training also covered safety procedures, mission preparation, flight planning, and essential operational workflows to support safe and effective drone operations in the field.

Objective

• Introduce the DJI Matrice 4 platform and its key specifications and capabilities
• Provide structured simulator-based practice to strengthen flight control and decision-making
• Build foundational knowledge for safe drone operations
• Train participants on pre-flight planning, mission setup, and operational workflows
• Improve readiness for field deployment and standard UAV operations

Goal

Enable trainees to confidently operate the DJI Matrice 4 through technical understanding, safe operating practices, and simulator-based flight experience.
