X1
The QYSEA FIFISH X1 is a mission-class, AI-powered underwater ROV designed for offshore and inspection teams to carry out non-destructive testing, measurement, and inspection of submerged assets, offering a 350 m depth rating, stable hovering in currents up to 4 knots, a 15 kg payload capacity, and continuous direct power for use-cases like offshore platforms, wind farms, subsea pipelines, and ship hull inspection.
Benefits
The ROV integrates key capabilities for subsea operations, including dual forward and downward DVL positioning, fused inertial navigation, AI-driven millimeter-accurate measurement, tri-directional collision-avoidance sonar, and a modular payload with tool changes in under 5 minutes, to deliver precise, uninterrupted inspections in demanding offshore environments.
Ultrasonic Thickness & NDT Inspection
The FIFISH X1 supports compatible non-destructive testing tools, including ultrasonic thickness gauges (UTG) and cathodic protection (CP) measurement devices. These tools enable underwater wall thickness measurements and corrosion protection assessments of pipelines, ship hulls, offshore platforms, and other submerged metallic structures without requiring diver access.
Precision Navigation & Current Resistance
Equipped with forward and downward Q-DVL positioning sensors and the U-INS Plus fused navigation system, the X1 provides stable station-keeping, precise positioning, and intelligent route planning. Its six-motor propulsion system supports speeds up to 4.5 knots and stable hovering in currents up to 4 knots, enabling controlled inspections in challenging offshore environments.
Advanced Visual Inspection & AI Measurement
Featuring dual 4K UHD cameras and powerful LED lighting, the X1 captures detailed underwater imagery for visual assessment of submerged structures. Its AI-powered QY-MT measurement system supports millimeter-level dimensional measurements of structural defects, pipeline cracks, and hull coating damage, enabling accurate inspection documentation and assessment.
High Payload Capacity & Modular Tools
With a maximum payload capacity of 15 kg and four Q-interface power ports, the X1 accommodates a wide range of compatible inspection and intervention tools. Its modular 1+N payload system enables tool changes in approximately 5 minutes, supporting integration of NDT instruments, robotic manipulators, imaging sonars, and underwater cleaning equipment.
Intelligent Collision Avoidance
The X1 features a tri-directional collision-avoidance sonar system that continuously scans surrounding underwater environments to detect obstacles. Adjustable avoidance distances and intelligent navigation capabilities help operators safely maneuver around offshore structures, pipelines, and confined inspection areas.
Continuous Power & Deep-Water Operations
Designed for extended underwater missions, the X1 features a direct power supply system that enables continuous operation without battery-related interruptions. With an operating depth of up to 350 meters and a compact, lightweight design, it supports long-duration inspections of offshore energy infrastructure, subsea pipelines, wind farms, and large marine vessels.
