About the work
ATINUM conducted an aerial survey of Hubail Lake using drones equipped with Zenmuse P1 cameras to capture high-resolution imagery. The collected data was processed through advanced photogrammetry workflows, including image correction, stitching, and 3D modeling, to generate accurate spatial and elevation datasets. The project also included hydrological analysis to assess water flow, depth, and watershed characteristics, delivering precise geospatial outputs for environmental analysis and planning.
Objective
- To produce accurate topographical and hydrological data of Hubail Lake using drone technology, enabling reliable environmental assessment and informed decision-making.
Goal
To deliver high-resolution geospatial datasets that support lake management, water flow analysis, and future environmental planning activities.
Outcome
- Orthomosaic map with 1.52 cm GSD in GeoTIFF format
- Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and Digital Surface Model (DSM) in GeoTIFF format
- Colorized point cloud in LAS format
- Contour lines in DWG format
- Watershed mapping in DWG format
