About the work

ATINUM supported the development and deployment of a full 3D digital twin environment for Aramco Abqaiq Plants using our software (ProcessHub), including capturing plant assets through drone scanning and processing the data into accurate, scaled 3D models of equipment and piping. The solution integrates live operational data into the digital twin through dashboards, widgets, and monitoring bubbles, enabling teams to view parameters, alarms, and historical trends while navigating the plant virtually. It also supports multi-user collaboration (metaverse-style), alarm and ticketing workflows, isolation map simulations for planning, and AI-powered predictive analytics to enhance reliability and proactive maintenance.
